What if the product is out of stock?
We work to ensure the stock information is updated on the website. In the event we did not take care of that, we will work to ensure the product is still shipped. If that does not work, the money will be refunded to you as loyalty points.
What’s the process to get my refund?
After our customer care reviews and approves the refund, we will refund your money as loyalty points which can be used for subsequent purchases of our products.
What happens if the item has quality issues or is damaged
We take utmost care to avoid damage and do not ship items beyond their shelf life. In the event this occurs, we will evaluate the same based on evidence of photographs that we will ask you to submit. If it is a valid case, then we will refund the money as loyalty points.
I don’t want loyalty points. Can i get my money back?
At this moment, we do not support sending money back. The refund will only be issued as loyalty points.
What if my order is incomplete or incorrect?
If there is a discrepancy in the order, it will be verified with the photographs of the products received against the photograph of the physical invoice attached along with your order. If there is a discrepancy, we will fix the same by shipping the correct products.
Till when I can raise a complaint regarding the product?
Any complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
How long will it take for me to get my refund?
The refund takes between 48-72 hours to get processed.
