Ingredients
- 200 grams pasta (any variety)
- 2 tbsp til podi (sesame seed powder)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional, adjust to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander or basil for garnish (optional)
- Twisty Til
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- If using, add red chili flakes and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Stir well to coat the pasta with the garlic, Twisty Til, and oil.
- Sprinkle the til podi over the pasta and toss to combine evenly.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- If desired, stir in grated Parmesan cheese and let it melt slightly.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander or basil if desired.
