Til Podi Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp til podi (sesame seed powder)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh coriander for garnish (optional)

Instructions


    Combine Ingredients:

  • o In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or sour cream with til podi, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and salt.

  • Mix Well:

  • Stir until well combined.

  • Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with chopped fresh coriander if desired. Serve with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or as a spread
