Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp – Magic Masala Podi
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup macaroni pasta or Penne Pasta
Preparation
- In a cooker add and heat 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter, add chopped garlic, onion and sauté until the onion turns golden colour.
- Now add chopped tomatoes, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp MM podi, all the chopped vegetables and salt, stir fry for 1 minute so all the veggies get mixed, to this add 2 cup macaroni or penne pasta and 1½ cup water.
- Mix well and pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium flame.
- Once the after the pressure is released, add 2 slice of cheese, and ½ tsp chilli flakes.
- Cover and let it rest for few mins, mix gently to make sure everything is well combined. Cooker Pasta is ready to be served, with a garlic bread

- 1 carrot, chopped.
- 1 red capsicum, chopped.
- 1 green capsicum, chopped.
- 1½ cup water

- 2 slice cheese
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
