Preparation
Instant pickles
- Wash the choice of your vegetables, chop and keep aside. You could do a mixed vegetable too.
- For the seasoning - choose any oil - mustard oil, sunflower, cold pressed.
- In a pan – add 5 tbsp oil (of your choice) and add the seasoning ingredients.
- To this add 5 tbsp of MM Magic podi and cook for 2 mins
- Add the chopped vegetables and cook till the veggies are tender, switch off the gas and let the pickle cool down, transfer into a container and server with hot rice, paratha, dosa, uthappam.
- These pickles can be stored up to 15 days if refrigerated.

- Choice of vegetables(carrot, Gooseberries, Radish, lemons, raw mango)
Seasoning:
- Mustard seeds
- Cumin
- Asafoetida
- Turmeric
- Coriander leaves
- MM Magic Masala and
- Salt as per taste
