Instant pickles with MM Masala

Preparation

Instant pickles

  • Wash the choice of your vegetables, chop and keep aside. You could do a mixed vegetable too.
  • For the seasoning - choose any oil - mustard oil, sunflower, cold pressed.
  • In a pan – add 5 tbsp oil (of your choice) and add the seasoning ingredients.
  • To this add 5 tbsp of MM Magic podi and cook for 2 mins
  • Add the chopped vegetables and cook till the veggies are tender, switch off the gas and let the pickle cool down, transfer into a container and server with hot rice, paratha, dosa, uthappam.
  • These pickles can be stored up to 15 days if refrigerated.

  • Choice of vegetables(carrot, Gooseberries, Radish, lemons, raw mango)

Seasoning:

  • Mustard seeds
  • Cumin
  • Asafoetida
  • Turmeric
  • Coriander leaves
  • MM Magic Masala and
  • Salt as per taste
