Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tbsp curry leaf podi
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Curry carnival podi
- Chopped fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or sour cream with curry leaf podi, lime juice, minced garlic, black pepper, Curry carnival podi, and salt.
- Stir until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped fresh mint if desired. Serve with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or as a spread.
