Curry Leaf Podi Dip

This Curry Leaf Podi Dip combines Greek yogurt or sour cream with curry leaf podi, lime juice, garlic, and spices for a creamy, flavorful dip. Serve with crackers, vegetable sticks, or as a side for grilled meats, garnished with fresh mint.

Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp curry leaf podi
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry carnival podi
  • Chopped fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions


    Combine Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or sour cream with curry leaf podi, lime juice, minced garlic, black pepper, Curry carnival podi, and salt.
