Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup fresh curry leaves, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions
- Wash and finely chop the curry leaves. If using garlic, mince it finely.
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped curry leaves, and minced garlic (if using).
- Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice (if using). Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- For a firmer consistency, transfer the curry leaf butter to a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, shape it into a log, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Use the curry leaf butter as a spread for bread, a topping for vegetables or meats, or to add a flavorful touch to your dishes.
