Curry Leaf Butter

This Curry Leaf Butter is a fragrant and flavorful spread made with softened butter, fresh curry leaves, garlic, and seasonings. Perfect as a topping for bread, vegetables, or meats, it can be chilled for a firmer texture.


Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup fresh curry leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions


    Prepare Ingredients:

  • Mix Butter:
