Curry Carnival Paratha
These Curry Carnival Parathas are made with whole wheat flour, curry leaves, and Curry Carnival podi, creating a flavorful and aromatic flatbread. Ingredients for Curry Carnival Paratha
- Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
- Melted ghee - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Curry Carnival Podi - 3-4 tbsp
- Salt - 3/4 tsp
- Water - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
- Ghee or oil - for roasting

Curry Carnival Paratha
- In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, finely chopped curry leaves, Curry Carnival Podi, melted ghee, and salt.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and gradually add water to form a soft, pliable dough.
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into medium-sized balls. Dust each ball with a little wheat flour.
- Roll out each ball into a large paratha. Sprinkle about 3/4 tsp of Curry Carnival Podi evenly over the paratha.
- Heat an iron pan or tawa over medium heat. Place the paratha on the hot pan.
- Apply ghee or oil on the top of the paratha. When it starts puffing up, flip and roast the other side with a little ghee.
- Roast until both sides turn golden brown with crispy spots.
Your tasty and healthy parathas are ready! For extra flavor, sprinkle a bit more Curry Carnival Podi on top before serving.
